I am communicating back and forth with my lender and am attempting to avoid an eminent Foreclosure. Is it better to have a loan negotiation company help me or a foreclosure lawyer?

A number of sympathetic Florida lawyers are willing to provide free or low-cost services to qualified homeowners through a program called Florida Attorneys Saving Homes. I hope this paragraph can be left in to help people! I doubt very many people can qualify for this service.
